Joe Case is a seasoned professional who has dedicated six years of his career to New Day Recovery. He has been an Intensive Outpatient Counselor for the IOP program and has recently been promoted to the position of Treatment Center Director/Program Manager at New Way Recovery. Joe is highly enthusiastic about his new role and is eager to contribute to the success of the company and the well-being of its clients.

Originally from Mississippi, Joe has a background in law enforcement and emergency medical services. After relocating to Louisiana, he pursued an Associates of Occupational Studies Degree in Criminal Justice. However, his passion for helping individuals overcome alcoholism and substance abuse led him to transition into the counseling field. Recognizing the importance of continuous personal and professional growth, Joe is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and Human Services to obtain his CAC credential.

Joe’s ultimate life goal is to make a positive impact on the community by assisting individuals in rediscovering life through the comprehensive services provided at New Way Recovery. He deeply appreciates the support he has received thus far and eagerly anticipates building relationships with both the staff and the community they serve.
